There is nothing as phenomenon as Wikileaks and in the beginning of 2011, the US government wants all data about people connected to Wikilieaks from Twitter, including the founder, Julian Assange, Icelandic parliament member, Birgitta Jonsdottir, as well as Rop Gonggrijp, a Dutch hacker and US programmer Jacob Applebaum who previously worked with Wikileaks.

The US government is also considering about possible charge against Mr. Assange over leaking confidential cables and conspiring to steal documents with Army Private Bradley Manning,who is facing a court martial and up to 52 years in prison for allegedly distributing the cables to Wikileaks and a classified miitary video about the incident in Afghanistan and Iraq

Twitter declined to give any statements, saying only:"To help users protect their rights, it is our policy to notify users about law enforcement and governmental request for information, unless we are prevented by law from doing so.

It is like a dillema for Twitter, a popular micro-blogging as it is known as a forum for free expression. Like other social networks, they understand and they must comply with local law when it comes to tracking criminals, however, on the other hand, they have been promoting role for providing freedom for expression.

Ms. Jonsdottir, who was a vocal supporter of Wikileaks, said that the Us authority has asked for her twitter data and tweets since November 2009 after she shocked the world by publishing the US helicopter shooting civilians in Iraq in 2007 on Wikileaks. She said she had 10 days to appeal against the subpoena.

While the founder, Julian Assange who is fighting his extradition from the UK to Sweden, denounced the court order, saying that it amounted to harrasment and intimidation.

Today Indian parliament passed finance bills amidst shouts from entire opposition. It is a shame on political parties of india. World will laugh at India seeing the democracy scene in india. It appears that parliament will be adjourned sine die soon by Friday. Even now Congress party and opposition parties can come to an understanding to preserve democracy. Some of the suggesions are given below:

1. Since even opposition leaders termed Mr. Man Mohan Singh as non-corrupt, it should be agreed between ruling and opposition parties that JPC will be agreed by Congress party but Prime Minister will not be called for any deposition as it lowers the prestige of prime minister's post. If any clarification is needed, only written reply can be given by Prime Minister. This will resolve the crisis and parliament will function as usual. If corruption details are taken to streets by opposition parties may cost congress heavy price when they are blocked in parliament for JPC.

2.CVC may be asked to resign so that the prestige of CVC post and Mr. Thomas may be kept in tact thus avoiding chances of Supreme Court asking CVC to resign. It may be blot on Congress and Mr.Thomas.

3. Congress cannot face problems in all sides. So slowly Congress should plan for amends slowly in all counts as elections in three states are round the corner. So through well wishers of Jagan mohan reddy, Congress should assure Jagan his rightful place once he apologise for what happened. He should be accommodated in a good ministerial post against positive response from him. Jagan cannot run any party as it may be suicidal for him as running and leading a party is not easy joke. If by chance Jagan joins with Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu, then state congress govt will be at problems . Jagan can be only second fiddle to Chandra babu naidu in that case. But in Congress, after some time, he can become Chief Minister with the blessings of Nehru family and he should personally talk to Mrs.Sonia and Mr.Rahul Gandhi.

4. In Tamil nadu, alliance has to be changed so that it can get some MLAs and MPs in Tamil nadu . The front consisting of AIDMK and its allies, Congress and DMDK can bag good number of seats in Tamil nadu. It should be strategy of Congress to have its own base and to become good regional party by particiapting in local govt.

5.Congress should now talk to Paswan and Lalu Prasad in Bihar and arrange for good alliance as the leaders of the parties realised the folly of just talks without development. This will help congress to reap good benefits. Now it can demand more MP berths from these parties.

6. Hotline connections with BJP stalwarts like sushma swaraj and Advani will help Congress party for thwarting many ugly incidents.

Task INTRAC

Article 26 of Law - Law No. 15 of 2002 as amended by Law No. 25 of 2003, set a task INTRAC as follows:

collect, store, analyze, evaluate the information obtained by INTRAC in accordance with this Act

a. monitor records in the book list of exceptions made by the Financial Service Providers;

b. create guidelines on procedures for reporting suspicious transactions

c. provide advice and assistance to relevant authorities about the information obtained by INTRAC in accordance with the provisions of this Act;

d. guidelines and publications issued to the Financial Service Provider of its obligations specified in this Law or other laws and regulations, and assist in detecting suspicious customer behavior;

e. provide recommendations to the Government on measures of prevention and combating money laundering;

g. report the results of analysis of financial transactions which indicate money laundering to the Police and the Attorney General;

f. create and provide a report on the results of analysis of financial transactions and other activities on a regular basis 6 (six) months to the President, the House of Representatives, and authorities to supervise the Financial Service Providers;

g. inform the public about institutional performance throughout the provision of information is not prohibited by this law.


Authority INTRAC

Article 27 of the Act - Act No. 15 of 2002 on Money Laundering as amended by Act No.25 of 2003 set the authority INTRAC as follows:

a. request and receive reports from the Financial Service Provider;

b. request information on progress of investigation or prosecution of money laundering that have been reported to the investigator or prosecutor;

c. audit the Financial Service Providers on compliance with obligations in accordance with the provisions of this Act and against the guidelines regarding the reporting of financial transactions;

d. provide exception reporting obligations on financial transactions made in cash as referred to in Article 13 paragraph (1) letter b.
